Question / Help Recording is lagging while i play but not the game

Ive been trying to record League of Legends while playing for a couple of days now but every time i record the recording lags but not the game. My current setting on the obs is not important atm and im not gonna post a Log because im gonna reinstall it and start from the begininng but i woud like to get some tips on how to set up everything. Here's an image of my computer specs.

Help and tips would be really appriciated! ^^

You are playing lol too right?

Your log file doesn't indicate any performance issues. A few things to try:

- Enable vsync in the game
- Record at 30 FPS, not 35, since presumably your laptop has a 60Hz display
- Downscale to a lower resolution in OBS for the recording
- Try recording with Quick Sync instead of x264
- Try recording with OBS Studio instead of OBS Classic

It happens with any game I try it on. Tried it at 480p, 30fps and still laggy.

Even after trying all of the suggestions I listed? Maybe you could provide more detail as to what the exact problem is, or link to an example video file or something.
