Recording is jerky at times

Hi everyone. A few weeks ago I switched to a dual setup to record gameplay and do some live streaming, as soon as I can. I've been going crazy for days with a thousand settings, tests, and resets. Obs never records steadily; it might start very smoothly, then start to stutter, then go back to being smooth again. Sometimes it's always jerky and I have to keep closing it and reopening it to make it smooth, but it still doesn't stay smooth. My main PC is equipped with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, RTX 4080 Super, and a 1440p 280Hz monitor (set to 240 for a multiple of 60). The secondary PC has a 1080p 100hz monitor (set to 60) a 6700K and an RTX 5060TI Ee I added a PCI-e card for the USB-C/A 3.2 as I have an Elgato 4K X. I also tried the teleport method and, apart from the delay, it works much better than the hardware method. In any case I want to make the most of what I have. At times I was recording better with the single PC sacrificing some in terms of fps and details. Could you help me? Sorry for any mistakes but I'm Italian and I wrote with the translator. Thanks
