my pc is good and its expensive and the obs recording is still slow

your PC is underpowered for this task.

Your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and is too underpowered to livestream using software encoding. Livestreams and recordings may run more smoothly if you are using a hardware encoder like QuickSync, NVENC or AMF (via Settings -> Output).

in this case, i am not sure. are you trying to stream and record and the same time?

edit: there may be nothing that you can do, the computer just may not be up to the task at all, if that is the case, it will require a new pc. or new hardware at the very least.

unfortunately, at this point i do not know of any other options to lessen the load on the system. your computer just does not have enough power to handle what you are asking of it.
My pc is acer aspire 3 and i think it is powerful enough sience it can record 120fps and cood quality with windows gamebar

the number of tabs open has nothing at all to do with the specs of your computer. if you are able to record quality video with the windows game bar then i suggest that you do that then upload the video. you will not be able to game and livestream with the system as it sits, at least not with OBS. good luck.
