so my computer isn't what you would call "the best computer". I don't exactly know the specs, but I don't really think that has much to do with it. (if i had a better computer this wouldn't be a problem i know but I'm pretty sure there is a solution even with my low-end computer
basically, whenever i move my mouse the recording starts getting choppy. where ever the mouse moves the view is trying to keep up with it and its chopping up the recording making it look funky.
i am no expert in OBS settings or computers in general so sorry if i sound ignorant on some terms/topics.
