Question / Help Recording in MP3 setup

Hi everyone,
I have just got OBS so I am not 100% with the set-ups and/or controls. I just want to know if there is a way to record desktop and mic audio ONLY in MP3 format?

If you don't want the video stream at all, OBS isn't the program for you.
