Question / Help Recording in HD while streaming low quality?

As the title suggests, I am wondering if such a thing is possible to do with OBS. I am pretty new to the streaming-game. I have a pretty bad internet connection when it comes to upload speeds, so I have to make my stream LQ to not have it lag. I want record HD videos so I can make edits to them and upload them to YouTube.

You're going to need to switch to multiplatform, but it's already implemented over there.

That said, pretty sure Multiplatform is better at it, as Harold said.
