Recording HD on OBS - Dropping Frames

Hi all!

I recently bought a new PC to record HD videos on. I did my first recording and it is dropping frames all over the place. I have a 4k logi brio, and I am just trying to do 1080p at 60 FPS. Help!

Hardware:
CPU - i7 - 10750 H
GPU - GeForce RTX 2060

OBS Settings:
Recording quality - indistinguishable, Large File Size
Recording format - mkv
Encoder - Hardware (NVENC)
Resolution - 1920x1080
Downscale Filter - Bicubic
FPS - 60
Bitrate - 10000 (this is in the "streaming settings"... wouldn't assume these settings carry over for recordings???)
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
