Question / Help recording GH

Hello, i want to record some guitar hero videos but everytime i record it is choppy and i lose great amounts of fps every couple seconds. Ill post my most recent log, and my pc specs:

i7-9700k
RTX 2060 Super
Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM
750W PSU
MSI MPG Z390 ATX MOBO
Corsair H100i Platinum Cooling

Your logfile does not contain a recording or streaming session at all; we need one that does, from a session where the issue was occurring to be able to help.

One thing you can do is run OBS as Administrator (right-click the shortcut, 'run as administrator') which enables a workaround allowing OBS to take top priority for GPU time, which can solve a lot of frame-stutter issues if you are not using an in-game frame limiter or vsync (leading to maxed-out GPU utilization).
