Question / Help Recording game audio when minimized

Sometimes I'll need to minimize during stream, but I noticed that when I'm minimized, it doesn't capture the in game audio. I typically play games in fullscreen borderless window etc. Is there any way to capture the audio of the game capture when minimized?

If so, is this an obs setting or more specific to each game?

It's a game thing. Some games mute their audio if they are minimized. There should be some setting in the options of that game if it is possible to change the game behavior.
