Question / Help Recording from another computer without a screen

Hello !

Context:
I have a 768p screen but would like to record a Let's Play video in 1080p ; an interesting opportunity would be using Shadow, which basically means I can access and use a very powerful computer with an excellent graphic card from my own computer, in a window, and from afar.

Question:
I will install OBS and play the game from that powerful computer. Will I be able to record my game sessions in the resolutions provided by that powerful computer (that doesn't have a screen), or will my screen's resolution be the max resolution I can get ? (in other words, does OBS record from what's displayed in a physical screen, or directly from a video stream rendered by the game, before any kind of re-scaling operation ?)

If OBS is installed on your machine, then you'll be capturing what's being displayed on your machine, at the resolution and quality your computer is displaying it at.

If you want to record at the resolution and quality rendered on the remote machine, you'd need to install OBS on the remote machine.

So you confirm that I will still record a video with the resolution and quality rendered on the remote machine no matter which screen I use locally, and even if the remote machine itself doesn't have an actual physical screen, right ?
