Question / Help Recording Freezes

So, I was doing some test recordings on my monitor to see if OBS was working properly, but when I watched the video that was saved, it was frozen on the same frame! The audio was working like normal, but the video was stuck on the same frame. Trying to do a preview, I noticed that OBS would capture a few frames, and then just get stuck on the same frame for the rest of the preview. I decided to switch to previewing a single window instead of my entire screen, but the same thing happened. It captures a few frames, then freezes.

AMD E-series APUs are below minimum system requirements for OBS.

Oh. Well, my computer has a combined graphics card and processor, because it's an All-In-One, so I don't have many options when it comes to upgrading it, and I don't even know if there's any upgrades that would work anyway.

I fixed the problem,

This might be caused by your Max Bitrate and Buffer Size being too high.
I lowered mine from 20,000 to 7,500 and my audio and video finally showed up.
