Bug Report Recording freezes

I'm trying to rec minecraft with my friends, the first few seconds are fine then it stays at one frame the rest of the rec. And how to i help it

Rhys you are going to need to give us a little more information :-) Can you try recording again and then upload a log as detailed in this post?
