Question / Help Recording FPS suddenly drops.

I have been using OBS for over a year now, and it recorded games fine at 60 FPS. I looked over my recordings from the past month, and noticed that the recordings are really laggy, but my games run fine. In the recordings, the OBS window and my cursor are recorded at 60 FPS, but not the games. It was working perfectly fine before, I don't know what happened. I planned to record a game with my friends in 2 hours, but I don't know if I will be able to now. Help?

You are using a weak AMD FX 6300 CPU along with a very weak GT 720 card. My suggestion is to start off by getting a better GPU card, like a GTX 1060.

I know that on an older system I have, playing Minecraft on a FX8320 with a GT 970 sucked. When I upgraded the system to use a GTX 1060 things got way better.
So try to upgrade your GPU first.
