Hi, I'm trying to make local recordings.
Here are my settings:
[Audio]
MicMutedVolume=1.000000
DesktopMutedVolume=1.000000
MuteDesktopHotkey=0
MuteMicHotkey=0
PushToTalkHotkey2=0

UseMultithreadedOptimizations=1
[QSV (Advanced)]

MaxKbps=0
TargetKbps=1000
So when I record, everything looks to be fine. Recording goes fine at 60 fps, but when the video comes out at the end, it has random flickering.
See example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pq-1MIQJK1w&feature=youtu.be
If anyone could suggest why this is happening, it'll be very helpful. Game's on fullscreen 1920x1080 resolution. Both OBS and game are forced onto Nvidia card via Nvidia control panel. I'm also using Game Capture.
