So when I record, everything looks to be fine. Recording goes fine at 60 fps, but when the video comes out at the end, it has random flickering.

See example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pq-1MIQJK1w&feature=youtu.be

If anyone could suggest why this is happening, it'll be very helpful. Game's on fullscreen 1920x1080 resolution. Both OBS and game are forced onto Nvidia card via Nvidia control panel. I'm also using Game Capture.

Your OBS log files look fine. Your YouTube video isn't playable in the US, so I can't watch it. Can you post the recording (or a piece of it) to a file-sharing site? Does it play back properly in Windows Media Player, VLC Player, or Media Player Classic?

Hi, the recording file flickers in the default windows 10 player and VLC. Don't have classic so I can't test that but I'm quite sure it'll come out the same anyway.

Here's the link for the recording file in mp4 format: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gvwxlfhx1uct1t8/Recording 1 (01).mp4?dl=0

If you don't mind the rather massive quality drop, the player provided on dropbox does illustrate the problem.
