0. That log doesn't show any frames skipped due to rendering lag or encoder overload which are caused by GPU overload. Multipass, Look-ahead and Adaptive Quantisation all use additional GPU. You can disable Multipass by setting to Single Pass.
1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the other. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Redmi 27 NF (NVIDIA High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
Line (3- XOX-KS108): 44100 Hz
2. Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This can be an indicator of very high system load and may affect stream latency or cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background programs if needed.

Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering. Source affected (potential cause): Desktop Audio
3. Sometimes Window and Game Capture can interfere with each other if they're in the same scene. Try separating them. Even though you are not on that scene, OBS still renders all scenes.
