Question / Help Recording error "An unspecified error occurred while recording"

This only started happening to me today, but every time I try and record my stream I get a pop up message saying "An unspecified error occurred while recording"

I've tried searching for the problem with people that have had similar issues here, but none of the things that fixed their's seemed to correct mine.
 
It is, I clicked Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File right after getting the message

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling OBS and that seemed to fix everything right up until now. I started rebuilding my overlays and now the same error is happening. The recording part of my log says this:

I don't know what is going on with it anymore. I'll uninstall the program and re-install. I can record the blank page just fine.
Then I'll Import the scene collection from my previous overlays and the error returns.
