Recording error: An encoder error occurred while recording

I get the following error: Recording error: An encoder error occurred while recording.
It happens everytime I start recording.
It's been like this all of a sudden, a few days ago, and I don't know how to fix it.

Check the folder F:/AKB_2/HKT_2/녹화_2 is writable by OBS, there is enough disk space, etc. Check it isn't blocked by security / firewall software.

I have enough disk space and allowed security/firewall about OBS.
Also, when using the old version of OBS, recording works normally.
