Question / Help Recording Dropping Frames, Game Staying Steady

I recently got a new PC and, with it, I lost my previous OBS settings. I've looked up dozens of settings for lossless recordings, but nothing seems to work. My FPS in game is about 80, while my recording frequently dips below 25 without showing anything in the dropped frames box.

My current PC is pretty weak but my last one was weaker and recorded just fine.
AMD FX-6300
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
Nvidia GT 730
8 Gigabytes RAM (Unknown Brand)
2 TB Seagate HDD

And here's the log https://pastebin.com/myUsSjGa

Let me know if you need any more information

your sample is only for 1 minute and 30 seconds. you need at least 5 minutes.

Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook RzDspSrv.dll, hook target is unknown. If you experience crashes, try disabling the other hooking application

if you have razer software, uninstall or remove its screen capture or overlay function.

Next, what are your launch options for CS:GO? remove any -threads or -high commands from launch will will affect you negatively.

bth, I would just say to use NVENC instead of x264. your cpu is weak and it seems even with low settings that CS:GO and recording is to much for it.
