Recording Display

Hello, I am having an issue recording using my display capture. I use it to Record the online classes I paid for so I can reference back if needed. Every time I record there is Audio, but there is no video. It is just still frame with my cursor moving around the screen. I have recorded many times before and never had issues. Is there something I am not doing or is there something new? Please help! Thank you!

I'm having the same issue too - I get audio but no video. I'm trying to record the display from Synthesia app.
