Question / Help Recording Discord Audio Drift/Lag

When I use OBS to record Discord. When I go back to look at the recording, my audio is fine but everyone else I just recorded has a robotic sound almost as if their voices were recorded twice but a very split second apart. Also, the audio meter on obs moves to two different levels when the people speak. Basically, I can't get solid recordings for each person even though it's a multi-track recording. Please help do I need to put compressors on the track or do I need to change something in the advanced properties or settings.
