recording crashes

Hello,
I posted this before. Our Church has. a MacMini M4. Recently when we livestream and record our services, upon pushing the record tab the system crashes. We can still livestream but the recordings aren't possible due to the crash.
Could this be a memory issue, or is there something else I'm missing?
