Question / Help Recording choppy, no matter what settings I use

I have been trying to record CSGO, but even if I hit 400 fps in-game and set my output frame rate at 60, the recording feels like its very choppy, like ~30fps.
I tried using all the encoders that I could use (x264, H264 AVC, H265 HEVC), they all seem to give the same result. I capped my FPS at 100, but nothing changed

Here is my log: https://obsproject.com/logs/ETpNcSXG-1aXhFUM

I have a RX580 8GB, and this only seems to happen with this card. Worked fine with a 1050 I had before.
I'm really lost please help

You are overloading your GPU. There's no point in letting your game hit 400fps when OBS is struggling to render 60fps for your stream.

The difference between using the 1050 with NVENC and the RX 580 with AMF is that AMF uses GPU resources and NVENC essentially doesn't.
