Question / Help Recording Best Settings

Hello,please help me to choose the best settings for recording Overwatch and Dead By Daylight:

CPU : i5 Ivy Bridge 3.20 GHZ
GPU : Amd Radeon R7 Sapphire Nitro 4GB
RAM : 8GB DDR 3 Dual Channel
MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1

I use Simple mode but when I try to record any game I have 60+ FPS in Game and the recording is so laggy
