Recording audio sounds like it's underwater, any fix?

I see the age of the post, and I have the same issue. I have found a workaround at this moment, at least in my case I found that the issue is the "stereo sound" on the right channel, so if you make the sound mono out of the left channel 100% the issue vanishes.
