Recording audio even when disabled

Hello guys, in my old PC (Windows 10) I was able to record audio also when disabled from Windows mixer. I'd like to do it also in my new PC (Windows 11) but the recordings are muted. Is it possible to fix this problem?

use voicemeter and virtualcable to create a stream and an own mix

Thank you, but in my old pc I managed to do it without external programs and I don't understand why in the new pc this thing does not work. Thank you again
