Question / Help Recording Audio... but no video??

Hello!

I've been using OBS successfully for awhile, but recently had to replace my hard drive (pesky thing died on me!).

I re-installed OBS, and thought I'd set it up correctly but... I'm having the Craziest problem.

Instead of recording both Audio and Video, it's ONLY recording Audio.

I can clearly see in the 'preview' screen that it's registering the video feed.

I figured I'd screwed up, reset everything, and followed the guides here for 'high resolution local recordings,' but the problem persists. (this one, specifically; http://tinyurl.com/nrdxamt )

I have this crazy feeling that I'm forgetting something simple but after hours of failure, I give up.

All my drivers are updated, I have the latest version of OBS. I'm running on Win 7 64bit. I have an Nvidia Gforce GTX 570. All the same software and settings from before I had to replace the harddrive... *shrugs* I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
