Recording Apex legends or Rust Cause dropping frames or low-quality (Log attaches)

I'm trying to record apex legends or Rust and I don't know why sometimes it keeps dropping frames or the quality is not good I tried to follow some youtube videos but nothing works

I'm trying to record apex legends or Rust and I don't know why sometimes it keeps dropping frames or the quality is not good I tried to follow some youtube videos but nothing works

I recently had similar issues with Apex and OBS, but I'm seeing in your log that Windows Game DVR is on. Is it possible this is also recording while you're using OBS? So essentially you're recording twice at the same time?
