Recording and streaming problems

Hello. Ever since I updated my OBS to version 30, it has not recorded or streamed properly. The recording ends up cut off partway through. I streamed for over an hour last night and the VOD was only ten minutes long with scrambled audio. I have no idea what to do.

Your GPU is using the Microsoft Basic Render Driver, which is a pure software render. This will cause very high CPU load when used with OBS. Make sure to install proper drivers for your GPU. To use OBS in a virtual machine, you need to enable GPU passthrough.

My laptop says I'm using AMD Radeon Vega 8, and I can't update it. But then again, it's a normal laptop. Is it time to get a new one?
