recording and streaming at the same time issue

So recently I have been having an issue that when I try to stream and Record at the same time using OBS, it crashes. My game crashes, CPU shoots up to 100% and just dies. If I stream only or record only, I have no issues what so ever. Everything runs perfect. What am I doing wrong? Here are my Logs...Any help would be awesome...THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
 
Sooooo, I'm an idiot...what do you mean plugin? Just use the OBS not OBS.SE or OBS.Live? sorry, I'm such a noob and probably am making a fool of myself here.
 
YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE STREAM ELEMENTS PLUGIN !
A PLUGIN THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED INTO OBS TO USE STEAM ELEMENTS IN YOUR OBS !
DElete the OBs folder reinstall obs again try it without the PLUGIN !

and set in recording settings same as streamencoder !
 
I will give that a shot. another dumb question here...Don't I need streamelements plugin? I use StreamElements as my streaming service I thought. That's how I get my overlays and alerts and such correct? So if I remove the plugin won't I lose all of that? Or does OBS handle that as well thru the browser source?
