Question / Help Recording And Stream freezes

So I downloaded ons and tried to stream, i started out fine but after 5 seconds the video stopped but the audio kept going.
Afterwards I tested the same thing with video recording and the same thing happened.

Any help is appreciated :D

Does it give the "taking too long to encode" warning on the status bar when that happens? Post a log file of the issue
