Question / Help Recording Abe's Exoddus with OBS

I'm trying to record a game called Abe's Exoddus with OBS. I'm using a program called DxWnd to run the game in windowed mode. The game window's resolution is 640x480. My screen's resolution is 1280x1024. I cannot completely fit the game screen to the OBS canvas and OBS records the game with a black bar at the bottom. I've attached a picture to illustrate my problem. The picture is how the game shows up in OBS. I would like to get rid of the black bar at the bottom. Thanks for the help!

Get the new OBS version.
Right-click your window capture source->Resize Output (source size)
Your canvas and outpt will be set to the size of your source. This is a feature of the new OBS 23.

With your OBS version, you can of course do this manually .Go to settings->Video and set base and output size to your game resolution.
