Hey everyone!

I just began recording games and I'm a complete noob in this section. My problem is that the recordings are a bit choppy, I want to fix that.
Here's my last log file:

This is my gear:

I hope some people can help me with the settings. I hope you can see my OBS-settings in the log-file.
I have no idea if my CPU or GPU or both can't handle it. So I have no idea to what I need to change my encoder.

IG I notice no difference when I'm recording or when I'm not. The recording is only a little bit disappointing. What I want is a very beautiful recording and that's it XD

I hope my gear can handle it.

Thanks in advance for the help!

The log says, that your GPU can not keep up with running the game and rendering your OBS scene at the same time.
Use a FPS limit in your game and reduce ingame details, until the GPU load while gaming+running OBS stays below 95%.

Also, disable Windows 10 Game DVR.

Game DVR is still active and you used Ultrafast x264 preset, which will create less stress for the CPU, but it will look pretty bad (inefficient encoding).
Your log shows only 1 frame output, maybe you should record at least a minute for testing.
