Is there a way to record my pc as soon as I turn it on and stop the recording as soon as I turn it off and save it in a custom directory? And cut them in 1 hour max and seperate in folders

I think the Advanced Scene Switcher plugin can do the saving then restarting the recording every hour. To separate them into different folders, use the standard variables in the Recording Filename Formatting setting. Such as:

%YY-%MM-%DD-%hh\Recording-%hh

At 11am, this would create a file called "Recording-11.mkv" in folder "22-07-10-11". At 2pm, this would create a file called "Recording-14.mkv" in folder "22-07-10-14". Just be aware that stopping and starting the recording may cause a blip in the video and audio at each stop start point if you play or edit them in sequential order.
