Question / Help Recording 1080p 60fps problem

I used to record CS:GO with OBS. OBS did a pretty great job. When I'm playing CS:GO without OBS, the fps was around 250. With OBS recording, it was around 150. But I almost have no problem when recording. The results are in my youtube channel : https://youtube.com/fikriarkan Suddenly one day when I record the fps drops to 80-110. I tried to look for guides at OBS forum. I did find one : https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.12600/ I then follow the guide but it didn't really work out for my rig. I don't know what's the problem now.

CPU : AMD FX-6300 Vishera Edition
GPU : ASUS R9 270X 2GB DDR5
