Question / Help Recording 1080@60p settings.

Hello guys. I have a require for you.. I need some settings for recording 1080@60p . I tried to mutch settings and my game is laggy and video the same. For exaple in cs:go i have around 250-300 without recording and when i record i have like 180-250 and my game is laggy and video the same. In other games (like h1z1) i have without recording 50-60 fps and with record 30-40 and game still laggy.
I have this specification: i7-6700k , gtx 970 asus strix , 8gb.
