Question / Help recorded videos keep getting lagged

Im trying to record the potg/highlights of the game and during the gameplay or the replay theres no lagg or choop but when im gona see the videos there are like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lvlm1-RBq8&feature=youtu.be

i5 4670k 3.40ghz
8gb ram
msi z87-gd65 gaming

Not much you can do other than turn down your game at this point

framerate cap to the refresh rate of your display, etc.

Indistinguishable quality is the best. (Well, the last one below this option is really the best of all)
