I have a problem with probably skipped frames on a recorded video. But I wouldnt be surprised if I was encountering this problem before.
I was using NVidia shadowplay for recording with the max available quality, it was: 1080p, 60FPS, 50mbps. But shadowplay requiers Full-screen mode only, sometimes doesnt save a record, cant hide the cursor and these reasons made me jump to the OBS.
So I ran OBS and set up the same settings as I was using in NV SP. And here is a problem: output video just looks like I'm playing with 20FPS but I'm not.
And the wierd thing is that happens not everytime probably half of the records are going fine and the others going with freezes.
This is my settings for OBS I just tryed a couple of NVENC Presets but it didnt help.
Hope somebody can help me figure this out.

Intel Core i7-4790k
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB
8GB RAM
