Question / Help Recorded video stuttering no matter what settings I try

Hallo, I bought a new laptop recently and wanted to record some Minecraft videos. I've already used OBS to do this on my old laptop without any major issues. So I tried to use exactly the same settings with my new laptop. But now when I start recording the game as well as the recorded video is stuttering and lagging.

I'm not really a technical type of person so I don't understand this much but I've read many different guides and whatnot to try to fix it. I've tried like tens of different suggested settings whatever I could find.The new laptop is nothing super extra but also nothing super cheap so I feel like it should handle some decent quality. I mean at least what the old laptop could do. I also tried using settings for worse quality than what I've used before on my 5 years old laptop. I've even tried to downscale the resolution to the max and just use everything that should be like the worst quality but it's still lagging.

Now I'm just really desperate with this. I've tried so many different stuff but it seems that just nothing works. That leads me to a conclusion there must be some bigger problem somewhere else not just the settings as I've tried pretty much anything. I just don't know what where why...
I simply don't get it. Why my new laptop can't handle what the old one could, it makes no sense to me. That's why I made an account here as I really enjoyed using OBS before but now for some reason it doesn't work. I don't know anymore. I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me with this.

Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention that but I used the windows 10 default Films & TV application as well as VLC player. It is the same.
I don't think it's a problem with the player as the game itself when I play it starts lagging the moment I start recording with OBS so I guess it records it like that.
