Hello, for a long time, when I bought a computer six months ago, I have a problem with movies in obs.
Each video I have recorded, regardless of the resolution, is lagging every 1 second.
The video only doesn't stutter at very low settings but I think it is understandable that I would like it to look good.
Even at 60 frames per second and 1080p resolution it can stutter.

PC SPEC:
• Graphics card » MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio
• Procesor » AMD Ryzen 5 3600
• Ram » Corsair 16GB(2x8GB) 3600MHz CL18 Vengeance RGB Pro
• Drive » Samsung 500GB M.2 PCIe NVMe 970 EVO Plus
• Motherboard » MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
OBS SETTINGS:
if something is not understandable because it is not English but Polish, just write, I will translate it
