Hello,
i recorded few videos using guides how to adjust OBS Studio for recording in 720p60 and 1080p60 but everytime recorded video has ultra fps drops. Sometimes full video looks like it would be recorded in max 20-30fps and sometimes only in certain minutes. In game i have stable 60fps.
It's my brand a new PC:
CPU: i7 6700k 4.0GHz
Mobo: z170a gaming m5
GPU: gtx 970,
RAM: 16GB 3000MHz
1x SSD, 1x HDD

And here is the log:

Can anyone help me solve the problem?

Both of the attempts in the log you posted show no frame dips. It would say skipped frames (CPU overload) or lagged frames (GPU overload) if it was the case, and there's none showing in the recording logs.

Anyone has any idea what might cause the problem of lagging video? And fps drops on video while there is no skipped frames or lagged frames in obs log?

Try viewing your video in a video editor. Maybe your media player is making the video look laggy but it really isn't. I have had this problem before and doing this fixed this problem.
