Question / Help Recorded video looks choppy

Hey everyone,

I've been having some trouble recording games. I've been trying to record Overwatch, and whenever I record my fps is fine (at 60fps). But the videos are horribly choppy and laggy. I've been messing around with the settings a lot now and I've tried everything I can to try and fix it. But nothing's worked, so I thought maybe I need some personal help.. (already checked other threads and videos)

I play Overwatch on high settings, 1920x1080, in fullscreen. I do have an AMD card but it does not support the AMD codec for OBS. Log should be included.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Edit: just tried the settings from:
https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/

Which I tried before, but since I put OBS on my SSD again, it's now a loooot smoother.

Sorry don't want to double post but I figured I should include the new log. The video looks good now but it's not fully smooth, so I guess the question is now, am I asking too much from my system by wanting 1080p with 60fps?

edit: been trying it at 720p, its a bit smoother in terms of video. I'm getting some ingame fps drops though

simple output
indistinguishable recording quality
flv format (saving directly to mp4 is STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED)
software low cpu use encoder.

I tried using your settings, but the video seems to be more choppy again. It has some smooth parts but a lot of spikes

edit: After using the remux function in OBS, and putting the converted mp4 into sony vegas, it's actually 100% smooth. So it's either the .flv not playing for me well or just my media player being laggy for some reason.
