HI I'm fairly new to OBS and Streaming which my computer i'snt really up to so was just gonna concentrate on making Youtube vids for now. the problem im having apart from audio levels which i have now fixed! is the recorded videos are much darker than the actual gameplay making it look like night all the time. Am i doing something silly or have i missed something i am only recording at 15000kb/s as if i record at 30000kb/s the video is laggy but not the gameplay. Any ideas anyone? Cheers Ben

It's not uncommon to have to up the gamma value when recording game footage. I've not got OBS in front of me but you'll find it somewhere in the settings or the capture source properties.

Are they still dark when you watch them on Youtube? This usually happens when your video card settings modify the playback of video files, or when the video player is set to use the wrong output range.
