Question / Help recorded video gets blurry

This is my first post requesting help so I hope I am doing this correctly and if not I apologize in advance if I messed this up.
Several minutes into the recording, my video gets blurry. Here is the uploaded log file for the blurry video.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone has.

There's no output session in that log, so I can't see what is happening after a few minutes, but you're scaling from 1440p to 1080p and that's going to be blurry to start with.

To post a complete log, open OBS, begin a recording session, observe your issue, stop the recording session, then upload the log.
