After recording a simple short video & audio source combination with rather unusual settings (e.g. 10 frames/s (video) , 44.1 KHz (sound), hardware encoding) during approximately 2 min 40 s, the resulting video was only 2 min 10 s long. Strangely enough the video contained all recorded video and audio (up till the last image and sound). I noticed because the generated subtitles who should normally be synced, where off.
The logfile shows approximately 1600 frames @ 10 frames/s = 160 s = 2 min 40 s, which is about right. But the file shows 2 min 10 and plays in 2 min 10.
1:44:52.146: Output 'simple_file_output': Total frames output: 1586
21:44:52.146: Output 'simple_file_output': Total drawn frames: 1596
Can I control time like Dr Strange ? No seriously : what could be the origin of this behavior, and more important : how to prevent it ?
PS the log-file contains a lot trial and errors. :)
