Question / Help Recorded video comes out being laggy,fix?

So,i tried out OBS for the first time and I just need some help because i got a decent computer,maybe good but the game doesn't lag.When i record,my frames drop and then when i see the video,it looks terrible.I'm going to put my logs in,I only changed the box CBR and unchecked it,and fps to 60.
