Question / Help Recorded Sound has Interruptions

Hi. Im new to the Forum and new to OBS but not new on recordings and such stuff.

However my problem with OBS is that i cant fix this issue myself. Whatever and whenever i record something with OBS my Audio Quality has interruptions the moment the ingame sound goes quiet.
(End of a Dialog or end of a animated sequence etc.)

Same goes for my microphone. Whenever i stop talking for a moment its like OBS doesnt understand to always record the sound. So when i start a new sentence my first word isnt heard as OBS doesnt record it.

Its like you watch one of those old Movies where they speak but the signal is bad so you o... hear a f... of ... word... be..re you... go ... cra.... abo... it.

What is responsible for this and how do i fix that? Push to talk is not used but i cant find the option either in which i ensure that OBS always records the 2 sound sources i told it to.

Thanks in advance :)

The log itself is near the perfect. So, I can only recommend to check the options in Windows itself: Playback devices>Properties>Advanced tab>Default Format for shared mode of the device, set it close to 48000 Hz (16 or 24 bits). and same for the mic device: Recording devices>Properties>Advanced tab>Default Format.

Also, if you have any effects (Playback devices>Properties>Enhancements and Recording devices>Properties>Enhancements) enabled try to disable it all.

Does this include the microphone amplification?

What i forgot to mention is that i have a soundblaster Z control panel but all i have enabled in there is the noise reduction so my microphone has no rushing in the background.
Anything else is disabled.

It happens again. After a Windows Update and the exact same configurations in OBS it again cuts the sound off ingame the moment no music or talking is going on ingame.

Its like OBS is turning the volume down on its own. Why the F is it so hard to get a decent program for gameplay and voice over recording i mean this is a freaking joke so far. I cant be the only one with this problem and on the configuration part i dont get why it isnt working.
