For the past year or so, I've been actively recording gameplay footage of Genshin Impact and no matter what I do, it always comes out with some slight frame rate drops. They aren't always present but, as an example, if there's a footage of 1 minute, you can see few frame rate drops at least 2 times throughout it. And it's not like the drops are massive but they are ever so slightly noticeable.
And just to be clear - the game runs silky smooth at 60fps, so during recording I never saw frame rate of the actual game drop.

Now please bear in mind, I have activared Windows Game Mode in this newest recording session, in hopes of fixing the issue, but the result was the same, there was still slight fps drops in few key moments, so I believe Game Mode has neutral effect.
Also, I've tried out many, MANY different bitrates and rate controls and the damn thing still keeps occuring. Also, I've tried closing all the apps and recording, tried to use only 1 scene, tried to capture from Deskop,WIndows,Game sources - it's all the same. Also, I've tried using Nvidia Geforce Experience recording and the slight fps drops are still present.
As a final note - sometimes I notice those fps drops is the fault of VLC or Windows Media Player, so if I replay the part where the frame dropped, it sometimes clears up, but keep in mind I use this recorded footage also with Adobe Premiere and produce videos, so those parts where the actual frame rate drops occur are clear because you can even see them on YouTube when uploaded.
Please let me know if you have any ideas how to fix this insane issue.
