Recorded audio is lower than what mixer says when i use Logitech G Pro X SE

hello, i have bought Logitech G Pro X SE and i have tried to record a gameplay. The audio of the game is very low (the mixer says that is the same as before but the output file has a very low audio level). If i disconnect the headset and use my default audio source (speakers), the audio recorded is fine. What can i change to fix?

Is your computer changing a shared master volume control, depending on the destination? If so, and if it feeds OBS after that point, then that might explain it.

If that is indeed the problem, see if you can find a different way to feed the headphones. One that can have that control at the same level and still be okay. In other words, keep the volume up there, and turn it down later somehow, after OBS's tap point.
