OK. Now add 'Media Source' to the scene collection where you have 'Video Capture Device'. And after ~3 min upload current log file (or exit obs and unload last log file).

Maybe VLC and this plugin can be the solution (just founded, I have no experience with it)

You should run OBS 32 bits , The web says you have to register a DLL via regsvr32
