Question / Help Record voiceover from mic AND audio from Adobe PP - help!

Hi guys, new to the forum so apologies if this has been asked elsewhere and I missed it.

I'm looking to create some basic How To videos of editing in Premiere Pro for a friend. OBS works fantastic and video and audio quality is great so no problem there. I'm recording my voice using apple earphones with OBS. I want to be able to playback video and audio within Premiere Pro while screen capturing and me talking. I can't for the life of me figure out what settings I need to make this happen. Currently the recording is all good except I cannot hear the audio from PP when I playback recording.

OBS for Mac currently requires a second program to help it capture desktop audio. Download and install WavTap from https://github.com/pje/wavtap . Launch OBS, go to Settings > Audio, and select WavTap as your Desktop Audio device.
